A terrible Start~

So, I have the flu, I think it has run it’s course, but I’m dehydrated, and I expect a snapback over the next few days as I eat everything in sight. We shall see, we shall see.

I took Nyquil last night… how many calories do you think 2 tbsps of that sucker is? :P

I’m now up at 7am. I work overnight, so I won’t be able to go to bed again until 6am tomorrow. I still plan to get an hour of walking in, but I’ll see how I feel at that point. Right now, I feel great. Hopefully I’m over it. 2 days for flu sounds about right, right?

Anyhow, I love this site, you guys are great. :)

Getting Started~

My friend Michelle invited me to join, and it looked like a fun site that could help me with my goals. She got me with the Biggest Loser type thread/contest. I cannot help being competitive. :(

I started Weight Watchers 9 weeks ago. Started at 194.6, am now at 184.0. I could have done better, but I’m pretty happy I’m on a downward trend. I’m 5′0 - I chose as my goal to be 124.6, a loss of 70 pounds exactly is what I’m looking for. :P

I will add pictures as I go along. Part of my problem is I disabled my computer from taking pictures and can’t figure out how to turn it back on. (I hate seeing myself in pics. I’m sure I’m not alone on that in this site. But part of being brave is looking at yourself, so I need to get that in gear.)
